We have a 15,000 m² plant equipped with state-of-the-art technology to produce mattresses that combine comfort and durability. We take care of each stage of the process to guarantee the highest standards.

Design Phase
We define the aesthetics and structure of the mattress, choosing fabrics, finishes, and materials, and configuring its interior to offer the comfort, support, and quality that characterize Essenzia Dormire.
Interior Manufacturing
We manufacture the internal elements: cutting of foams, manufacturing of cores and reinforcements, according to the defined technical and sanitary standards.
Exterior Manufacturing
We make the outer covers and upholstery, combining technical sewing and design. The result: an aesthetic, durable and easy-to-maintain mattress.
Joining and Assembly
In this phase we join all the elements: core, padding, and cover, applying gluing, heat-sealing or sewing techniques, according to each model.
Quality Control
Each product undergoes rigorous control: dimensions, firmness, finishes, breathability, resistance, cleanliness, and labeling are reviewed before packaging.
Product Packaging
We use packaging systems that protect the product during transport, optimize storage and facilitate logistics (rolled, shrink-wrapped, etc.).
Final Product
The finished mattress is ready for shipment. We complete the process with documentation, instructions, and traceability control.
