The mattress you have purchased has been subjected to rigorous manufacturing controls. Therefore, we can guarantee them as long as the following rules of use are observed.
General
- The mattress is designed to be used as a sleeping surface. Actions such as jumping, walking or dancing on it could deform the internal components.
- The protective plastic case is designed only for transporting the device. Keep it out of the reach of children, as they could get trapped inside. Once removed, dispose of it in the nearest yellow container.
- To maintain the comfort and strength of your mattress for years to come, we recommend that during the first year and every 3 months thereafter, you turn the mattress in the “headboard/footboard” direction and flip it upside down.
*Daily use may vary firmness by +/- 10%.
Springs
- The mattress should not be bent or forced to fit through doors or elevators. Some of our models are equipped with a contour stabilizing rod that would be deformed and affect its performance and aesthetics.
- It is recommended to use a protective cover for better hygiene and maintenance of the mattress. Make sure you use the correct size as excessive stress on the corners could lead to permanent deformation. Dry cleaning is recommended.
- Make sure you use a uniform base to support the mattress. In our catalog you can find a wide range of bases, canapés and bed bases that have been designed for your mattress and have a unique experience in rest.
Warranty
Essenzia Dormire carries out the most rigorous and meticulous quality control of all the materials involved in the manufacturing process, and grants a two-year warranty on its mattresses from the date of delivery of the product against any manufacturing defect, both in its construction and in the quality of the materials, as well as in the breakage or deformation of its core.
Within the warranty period, any defect attributable to a manufacturing defect that affects the properties of the article will be corrected free of charge. Once the warranty period has elapsed, the amount to be paid will be a minimum of 35 euros (indirect taxes not included) for visits outside the warranty period and for visits NOT justified within the warranty period, for the technician’s travel expenses. The cost of possible repairs will be determined in each case.
Essenzia Dormire reserves the right to examine the mattress prior to any repair and to judge the nature or origin of the damage and to accept or not in its warranty, its correction.
Essenzia Dormire will not pay damages for the time that the mattress was out of service.
EXCLUSIONS: In accordance with the law 23/2003 of Guarantees in the Sale. This warranty EXCLUDES the possible deformation of less than 10% of the total height of the mattress, or the marks of the bodies after sleeping several hours that could occur in the padding, because they are natural products (cotton, wool, silk …) this settlement is absolutely natural and is only an aesthetic issue, as it has nothing to do with the deformation of the core, which is the important support. It is advisable to rotate the top/bottom faces of the head/foot areas to homogenize this settlement. Likewise, all anomalies are excluded from this guarantee: stained mattresses, deformations or breakages caused by misuse, spillage of liquids, irregular or inadequate support base (it is advisable to use a slatted bed base, folding canapé or Essenzia Dormire upholstered base) as well as any abnormal phenomenon of humidity (mold, mites), or any other cause beyond our control. The threads generated in the seams of our mattresses are a consequence of the sewing system used. These threads do not prevent optimal use. New products may give off a certain odor the first few days, but this is not harmful.
The fabric, zipper and thread are excluded from this warranty, as their good condition depends on their use, unless they arrive already defective, in which case you should file a complaint within 48 hours.
TOLERANCES: The lengths, widths and thicknesses correspond to nominal values used between manufacturers and commercials, admitting a width tolerance (+/- 10 mm. 30 mm.) This warranty certificate is not valid unless the attached card is filled in with all the data duly completed and stamped by the selling establishment, indicating the date of purchase. It must always be accompanied by the invoice or purchase receipt.
